i often drive from the monterey bay to L.A. with 3 other people. how are the back seats on those long trips?

 

how tall are your friends? I am 6'2 and when I sit in my back seat my head touches the hatch glass. So i recline the back seats and its fine. If your passengers want to sleep in the back, bring a pillow. Otherwise they will get neck pains from the stiff head rest.

The bucket seats and legroom is great. Very roomy

Yep, the back seats recline i think 45 degrees. the front seats can fold down flat. So the inside becomes like a lounge area. Pretty cool, especially with a lady friend inside with you.
