Default People suck.

A theory that usually can hold true despite numerous tests. Apparently someone either brushed up against the front end of my car or a buggy really hit it, I don't even know. There a 1 cm wide gash that is like an inch and a half long with spots of being scuffed in a 5inch or so area on my passenger side front bumper. Going to take pics in the day light, but what is usually done for repair of plastic bumpers for this type of thing. The gash you can clearly feel with your finger, but I don't know if you can sand plastic or what. So no idea if this is doable or going to be expensive enough to claim on insurance.

Obviously without pics its pretty useless, but from the description what would I be looking at doing -_-

people do suck!

sucks it happened, it is hard to tell with no pics, but a body shop could probably sand it down and fill it, then paint again. I am not sure how much that would cost though, best thing to do would be to go to some good shops and get qoutes.

I would think it would be somewhere around the $300 range.
I just had a bumper repainted and bondo'd on the bottem and it came up to around $380.

Sure beats paying the whole deductible and making a claim on your insurance over a scratch.

dont go through insurance, the damage is not that much to even consider it. it would be cheaper id say around $200 to fix that. or if you dont want the hassle buy a front bumper from trdsparks
