Someone just backed up into me while I was parked at a gas station

Not very much damage the hood is chipped a little but he and his girlfriend tried to deny it until I threatened to call the cops. I had my car completely repainted 3 months ago...

Don't think they were drinkin probably high. Idk. It would be on camera yes if it came down to that. I think the paint that chipped of my hood on their rear bumper was enough proof but apparently not. I hope I don't have to get insurance companies and lawyers involved.

 

file a police report and use the camera at the gas pump as evidence

 

If you don't already have the tape from the gas station you should get it ASAP before it gets recorded over.

 

You should have held his girlfriend as evidence.

Just cause someone with a truck backed into you doesn't mean someone with a car couldn't have! So what you should say is if you cant drive then don't!

 

No cops, no insurance, no video. Maybe I'm missing the point here, but what exactly DID you do?
