So basically just curious how you were able to pry it off. like from the side, or the middle of the emblem
^^^ I second that - how is the rear emblem held on? How hard was it to paint? I've got a touchup paint pen - I would be interested in color matching it to the rest of the car. Alternatively, how much is a new one? Maybe I could buy a new one to paint and if I liked it, put it on the car. It would be cool if you could do the front and back ones.

It’s held on by a thin 2way tape material that 3m makes. Just get your nail or small screw driver covered in a soft clothe and get underneath the emblem. It will come right off willsome pressure. Then sand it with a fine grit sandpaper to scuff the surface. Then paint let dry, clear cost the front and the back of the emblem and your done!
