Default Power Window feature??

MY windows came down to about 1/4 of the way up. ?
I was entering the freeway, sunroof open , I lifted up on both power window switches (keeping my eyes on the merging traffic) and my fingers immediately slipped off so I pulled up on both switches a second time.

I looked and both windows went all the way up and then back down to about 1/4 the way up. Both at the exact same height. WOW, i thought! So I did it again, I could only get the drivers window to do it, I rolled the windows back down then lifted up twice real fast and replicated this feature at least 3 more times.

Since then i cant get either window to do it. Anyone see this before? I thought maybe it has something to do with the sunroof being open.

When the wind is shaking the windows, they can't make it into the upper part of the door, & bang into the surround so the safety feature brings it back down

Wow. I never tried that, but it's good to know.

Our cars are awesome.

Yes, this explains it perfectly. This is why I cannot duplicate it unless I am doing about 80mph with the sunroof open.

Thanks
