That's why every chance they get, Scion is hitting you up with some kind of survey, asking you about your car, about your "driving" experience. They try their best to find out who is actually driving the vehicle, as opposed to who purchased it. They know that many young car buyers get parental support.
But if your example was the case, and they marketed towards the car buyer, it would more likely be a 40 year old lady in the ad, not a young chick.

I still like the tC, and would rock one... But wow, market reseach will show that when car companies use a woman in an advertisement it's not by accident.
xB ad: Black guy on a cell phone. Message = smooth, sophisticated
xA ad: Asian guy with an iPod. Message = youthful, innovative
t2B ad: Guy in funky hat and sunglasses. Message = hip, different
tC ad: Sporty young chick. Message = sporty, sexy

irony much ?
I don't think of the tC as a guy or girl car either way.
Now if only Paris would rub a greasy cheeseburger all over that tC sales would at least triple.

You have to be kidding. Please tell me you are kidding.
If you are serious you may want to look into a lawsuit claiming you are/were one child left behind. The bus left a long time ago and you weren't even in line to get on.
DOH!
