Default Ran over aluminum siding....paint rash..... need help

driving to work this morning and almost get into a major accident...people are goin sideways, slammin' on brakes....crazy. well this truck apparently had siding flying out of the back....while slamming on my brakes i saw the siding come underneath the car in front of me and then SLAP....

Get to work and see that there is no physical damage THANK GOD! BUT there are nice lil white paint marks here and there...some came off with the absorber but the others are stubborn......

Any ideas how to get paint rash off?

from now on I'm keeping a 50 foot distance from other cars....I've been dent/scratch/nick free for a year and this just had to happen today....

Any help appreciated...

Thanks!

Try Scratch-X on the rash sections, it works wonders really... I've been impressed with the stuff many times.
