3 days ago, I got rear ended by this saturn which was tailgating me, good thing my AB didnt popped or I wouldve been dead coz I was beside this 18 wheeler. Poor guy was uninsured now my insurance is after him! Today someone was tailgating me again, just as close as the dude that tailgated me 3 days ago and then Behind the car tailgating me sirens went off... Nice!!! tailgater gets caught!!! Tailgater moves to the right, I see the cop, but the cop didnt went for him, Cop went straight toward me, I looked at the gauge, it was between 70mph to 65mph! I pulled over to the left shoulder. Cop comes out and said you were running 75mph back ther. I5 is 60mph. thats ridiculous! why? coz someone was behind me f*cking tailgating which means we're running the same speed and whats bullsh*t is Cop over there was behind the car behind me!!! but me the one in front gets caught instead!! He walked towards my car asked for my license registration and insurance. went to his car and went back with a ticket and said, "im giving you a ticket for 5 over, do you have any questions". I asked Do cops know that tailgating is illegal? he said yes. THen i said there was somebody tailgating me before you pulled me over I thought you were after him. He said, "nobody was behind you". THAT IS F*CKIN ridiculous. I got rear ended 3 days ago because of a tailgater, then now a cop pulls me over for speeding 65-70mph instead of the guy tailgating me running as fast as i was. Yes! I was running over the speed limit! But again! There was someone behind me Tailgating running as fast as me! after a few minutes! I figured out why I was randomly pulled over! ITS FRIDAY, ____IN PAYDAY!!

 

Sorry about your week. If someone is tailgating you, you should just change lanes to avoid any unnecessary headaches. I got pulled over yesterday for speeding on the freeway but I got away with a warning since my record is clean.

 

good for you man!! and yes I was about to change lanes if it was not for the cop that pulled me over. waaaah! Hey! Something worse couldve happened so Im not too worried about it now and Im contesting the infraction.

 

here in Washington they changed the law so they have jhjust cause to pull you over and ticket you at 3 miles over now.........sick huh............i can still text and drive but not go 63...............WTF

 

When someones tailgating me I slow down. Way down. Especially if its only one lane each way.

 

My past two weeks have been pretty crappy as well. Last week I had to cover for two different people which screwed up my plans for a little bit of that week. Some kid got fired over the weekend so my boss calls me 5 minutes before the night shift starts and says "You're working tonight" I say " Are you kidding me? You had all weekend to call me and you call me 5 min before. I already made plans Im not coming in."

He understood that and didn't mind too much but now this week he changed my schedule on the last minute three times. Plus I've been getting up at 8 in the morning to go to one job, getting off at 2 and going to my other job at 3 and working till mid-night so I'm pretty spent. Plus I got some water in one of my oznium transformers so I had to take it off. Fix it and put it back on which I didn't get a chance to do yet cuz of my messed up schedule.

I usually slow down when i get a tailgater. One time i got down to 35mph in a 55 zone and he still didn't get off my tail.

 

Me too lol, a rare case they actually get the hint im doing it on purpose.

 

WHy does everyone think cops have quotas? Or write more tickets on their payday. Cops are salary, doesnt matter if they write one ticket or 10,000, they still make the same...

If he wrote you the ticket because it was "pay day", then why didnt he pull you AND the other guy over...

 

Yea I think my best was 10 in a 35. The guy cut me off earlier and I realized it was him tailgating me so I took it to an extreme. About two miles of no passing zone.

 

Similar story from yesterday myself. VIET BOX and i were on our way to HIN Chicago from VA which is tomorrow, and i was stopped by one of OHIO's finest state troopers. He pulled me over for 70 in a 50 because it was a construction zone. A Toyota Tundra was passing me when the cop "clocked" me. The trooper went around 2 other cars and Viet to pull me over. When i asked him about the Tundra, he replied, ï couldn't catch up to him!" What kind of crap is that? I ended up with a warning but the cop was a complete AHOLE!

Tomorrow is HIN Chicago and we're hangin out up here in Indiana. I hope i don't get pulled over again on the way back!

 

Bad week for me too, I was driving down the bypass of my town and a silver car pulled out in front of me from an intersection, slammed on the brakes turned right and missed the car but went into the ditch.

That jerk drives off and it takes over 6 minutes for any officers to arrive. All airbags went off, my passeger and I were fine, but my car is a wreck.

My front left axle is bent somewhere and the front and rear bumpers are dead, the sideskirts are damaged. My underglow bar on the front snapped in half, and I think the front left rim is ruined. The airbag on the passenger side cracked the window.

This happened yesterday, and I leave for college tomorrow... at least I'm only moving 3 hours away, or it would be really hard to get my car back whenever it gets fixed.

 

ive actually had a good and bad week.
on the good side, whe was lowered on s techs, and got a carbon ti exhaust
bad side, the carbon ti is melting my bumper, and a guy almost totalled my friends evo. i really did think he was going to get out and beat the c*** outta the guy.

 

Well lets see i had to put my Grandmother who is 90 years old
in the nursing home ,and my best friends father in law died today.
the only bright spot i can see is the Sizzling Crimson Mica tC
waiting for me to pick up. That will have to wait a few days.

 

Uhm.. Lets see, maybe because he cant split his car in two? Hmmm. R u a cop? If u are then maybe ur right about the quota thng, but if your not, how the hell did u know bout that?

you dont see more cops on friday's cause its friday.. you see them cause people are glad to be off work for the weekend and are most likely gonna do stupid ____.. cops are there to prevent stupid ____ from happening.. and there is no quota's.. im not a cop but have alot of family in law enforcement.. you probably just happened to be a victim of a cop having a bad day.. so he made it a bad day for you..

 

Damn that sucks, when people tailgate me man I don't even care, I just cruise to the speed limit and listen to my music.

 

Ive' been searching for my used 06-07 AT FM tC for weeks. I finally found one at Findlay Toyota/Scion. At the dealership, I was so impressed by the tC I only gave it a quick walk around. I was checking for things like dents and scratches. Didn't find any major issues. So i was ready to purchase. I told the salesman I was not financing so do not send me to your finance department! They told me I had to go even if I wasn't financing. They ended up trying to push all this extra ____ on me such as extended warranties and lo-jack systems. I finally get off the lot with the car. Drives amazing! My passenger was complaining about a grinding feeling from the floor board. I thought it was just him complaining from the rough ride, because he drives a Chrysler Pacifica and a Mercedes.

i get home and as I'm walking to my front dorr gazing at my lovely tC I notice this:


Wait wait wait.... What the hell?

I popped the hood and if you compare the right side of the frame with the left. You will notice several brackets are bent. This car has been in a fender-bender/accident! Why was it not reported? Why was it on the lot to begin with?

I took it back and got my money back. Now I'm just waiting for a 06-07 AT FM in Las Vegas.


I know I'm parked in the red. I hadn't yet cleaned out my garage.

 

Im trying to see what im sopossed to be looking for...Is it the gap between the hood and the side because I have that too and its an eye sore

 

i haven't slept for three days because im painting rims, ive been at house parties for the past week and my cars only running on a half tank of gas

2. not registered
3. has tint in the front

BUT.

the cops were nice. _____ed at my dad but let me go. home.
