It's getting worse everyday! even on slightly rough road, it will click click click and non stop! I've heard so many versions of how to deal with this rattle issue, that frankly, I don't know what to do.

The last time I've heard someone said that Scion is working on a TSB for this. Any news at all? I'm dying here.

(P.S. The toyota dealer here isn't very helpful. they said that without a TSB, they won't be able to do anything about it)

 

It really upsets me that the dealerships have to wait for instructions from someone else to fix an issue. What happened to troubleshooting skills??? This is why people stop going to the dealerships once the warranty is up! There are a number of posts on here, but one of the last ones I heard said their dealer adjusted the heat sheild above the muffler and added some felt around the latch mechanism. He wasnt sure which helped, but said it was fixed the last I read. I included the post below. Maybe an idea you can try. Sorry I am of no help, mine does not do it and I have not heard one, so I have no more ideas than that.
