Default Rattling noise I hear

My 06 TC has just passed 5500 miles, and well this rattling noise that I hear just won't go away. I have lifted up the hood and noticed like a rattle noise, and don;t know if this is normal for this car or if something is wrong. As far as the performance and handling, I have no complaints. It's driving as smooth as when I bought it. The exhaust putters a lil, but it's not too loud to notice from a distance. I got my 1st oil change two weeks ago. Is there any reason I should take it to a Toyota/Scion dealer? It just seems that this noise just wont go away. Anyone have this problem and any advice?

Yes I have a warranty, and I was wanting to know if anyone on here has had this problem with their TC? I will take it to my dealer soon.

I had the same 'rattling' problem with my '06 also. (I have an '07 now) Go into the dealership and have them take a look at your belt tensioner bar...they ended up replacing mine, and I'm rattle free!

Hey, thanks for the tip! I will mention that to my dealer about the belt.
