i checked out a co-worker's 2007 RAV4 and noticed the keys have a black housing and a Toyota emblem. I think the housing/case is recessed where the part/ID # sticker is.



i also saw the engine cover has red "16 VALVE" letters, compared to the tC's all silver letters. is a chunk missing from the upper left/rear (compared to the tC)?

I wonder if the new 2007 camry engine covers are different.
I noticed the camry, rav4, corrola, matrix, rx300, and tC have the same door handles. makes me want to get a blank piece to cover up the tC's passenger door key hole.

 

i like that black key a lot better than the grey on ours

 

I like the Camry key more, it has actual buttons. Seems like it would last longer. I notice a lot of tC keys get kinda distorted after a while.
