I got a letter from scion corporate yesterday, and said that there is a recall on the side airbag sensors on the 05-06 tc.

The warning was "if your door closes at a high rate of speed, it could set of your side airbag and seat airbags. " Not sure how many got the letter, but it's worth a call into the dealership.

 

I got the letter, and got mine fixed.
5 hours without my car and bad customer service....just make sure no _____ gets in your car and slams the door.

 

Yeah, I set up an appointment with my dealership a week ago. They ordered the part a week ago. And I took in my car today, as they told me to, waited for one hour, and then the guy from the service department came back and told me he ordered the wrong part.

Does it take an act of congress or should I just go to a manager and try to get some free window tint out of this deal?
