just found out from my insurance company estimates the damage around 9.5k... damn near totaled but its up to them whether it is or not.

i heard today that the lady who hit me, her insurance agent wanted permission from my attorney to go see my car. What do yall think that means?

It meens that your witness statement is gonna be very helpful, as by the damage it shows she hit you and that you did not hit her,looking at the damage the car looks repairable,I hate that when they total a car then resell it to get most their money back,screwing the owner.

 

dude 9.5k!?!?! thats insane man i hope they fix it, try to push for having it fixed, the airbags didnt deploy so idk if they will total it
