My bro has a cobalt ss the nonsupercharged 2.4 liter one. It is a pretty nice car. I can't place exactly why, but i still like my tC better. I guess it just feels more...........whats the word hmmmmm.......... maybe "cozy".

Kinda off topic but kinda sorta on topic... I think we can classify the tC as a domestic vehicle, seeing how there is no counterpart in Japan or anywhere else for that matter... yes? no? WTF mate?

Anywho... Cobalt = Poop

Its just a polished Cavalier, and you know what they say about polishing a turd, right?

The wheel wells (right word?) that go around the tires of the Lexus pictured above always remind me of the tC too.

Ditto on the tail lights of the G6 like the tC.

I have the other tail lights on my flint mica (without anykind of spoiler and I think it draws enough attention, making it look sweet); i think these tail lights look very similar to the new Honda Accord's tail lights in the sense of the red dots clustered together and the shape they make (triangular).

Domestic? Ummm, no. It is built in Japan...how can you say it is domestic?

And a Cobalt is not even close to a polished Cavalier. Cobalt is much nicer than the Cavalier ever was.

Its domestic because its a US market vehicle. Everything is being out-sourced now so its no surprise that its made in Japan but that doesnt matter. If its an American company its still domestic.

tC is a domestic (USDM) car but Toyota is not a domestic company.

another car that has similar tailights is the maxima in that they are little bit longer but they are a similar shape and style also being all red with just the one white spot for the reverse light

I don't really like Cobalts. The exterior is ok, but the interior is so empty. When you're in a Cobalt you feel like you're just in any other car. But when you're in a tC it feels like you're in something that' one of a kind. Know what I mean?

the SS is the supercharged one, you can't get a non s/c'ed SS Cobalt.

The tC isn't a Toyota, it's a Scion, which is a domestic company, as are Lexus and Infinity. as someone said, there is no Toyota counter part for the tC (xB/bB-xA/iSt)
