I had that frame in gunmetal. It rattled, so I got rid of it. Pretty much any frame will rattle though, so the best solution is just to have no frame. I got rid of my frame and padded the back of the license plate with foam, so now I have no complaints.

 

it does rattle but i can work around it. i'm still trying to find that frame with the special cutouts on the bottom in chrome......
