Lol. I don't have the alarm just the keyless entry from Scion on my box and had a alarm put in pos that is getting removed very soon.
Anyways it still worked even with the aftermarket alarm. Kinda funny to carry my alarm and keyless entry lol.

to the OP.... my bad.. I thought you meant that just the horn honked not that the actual factory alarm goes off... I would take it back to who installed....

Why don't you just take it back to the people that installed the Viper and tell them to remove the crappy Scion Security system?

Quick fix

Pull the dome fuse from fuse box from under the hood that should completely disarm your alarm but the dome lights aren't going to function either
