I just picked up my TC on friday. (Black Sand Pearl). At the dealer, before I signed the papers I inspected the car after it was washed. I found a gouge and and scrapes on the front drivers rim. I think the salesman curbed it when he filled the tank with gas. The salesman told me the service department would either repair or replace the rim. Yes, I finally got it in writing after much complaining and a closed door meeting of the managers. So is it possible to repair a gouge and scrathes in the powder coat? Or should I demand a new rim?

 

get a new one, the rim is alloy, i don't they they have tool to do matel molding.

 

Stupid me scuffed mine pretty good already. Im not sure what Im going to do to fix it up some.. its not too noticable but its there.

 

Get a new one, don't settle for one that is going to just be fixed.
