Default RS 5.0 TRD Release Series Roll Call

As stated, if you have one and want to let it be known well here's the place to do it.

I picked up number 1129 today, 5 speed manual no options just added the lip spoiler.
The dealership sold number 34 last week which is an automatic. I need to get my friend to take pics with his Nikon D40, the point and shoot isn't the best camera. I'll just leave the badge pic up there.

Hmm... I didn't realize these actually were labeled as a "TRD" edition. Not sure why they went that way, considering everything else has been just Release Series.

Then again, people have been begging for some sort of TRD version with some actual performance related parts. Guess this is the answer.

My girlfriend just picked up #545 in Hanford, California this last weekend.
She got the updated HU and fog lights. It's auto.

Saw one last weekend in L.A. They remind me of the last 2 RS tCs; ok but nothing special.

I find it funny that all RS 5.0 tC's are "custom color".

We don't have an RS5.0 option for the registry. =[

Even my g/f's 09 SSM xD is listed as Custom Color because none of the 09 xDs are in the Registry yet... neither is the RS 6.0 xB.

We're aware of it all though, don't worry. Hopefully it'll all be taken care of in the next few weeks. Maybe.

I can just imagine some idiot trying to steal the TRD badge with a screwdriver.

^^They ruined your front bumper by attaching the license plate frame. (I know, I know-it's the law
in Cali.) Luckily, it's an easy fix.

When I went to pick mine up the holes were already drilled in no front plate attached. I was dissapointed to see that but it couldn't really have been avoided, the dealer they got it from drills the bumpers when the cars arrive. Now I've seen my Spec already put on the used lot with the front bumper left unmolested.

I'll take some pics after I get the windows tinted tomorrow/today.

It's the girlfriend's car ;)
But yes, I would have liked to have the license plate mounting held off since they called her up to let her know they had the car in. The tC came off the truck and had been at the dealer less than 24 hours. They work quick.
Unless it got mounted before being shipped to the dealer? I don't know.

Sad to say, my xA's the same way... Hard to avoid it when it's needed in CA.

^^Mine to, but I have been running no front plate for over 3 1/2 years. Been pulled over a couple of times
but only once has the 'no front plate' been mentioned. Dirt Bags cops in Fresno used that excuse to try
and get me on a DUI. (They failed.) As long as you/her don't drive all crazy, you won't get pinched for the
plate. Hell, I drove around L.A. all last weekend and passed many LAPD with no problems. I heard they are
'No Plate' ***** down there. Worst case, I keep my plate under my front seat.

I used to work for Clovis supporting Clovis PD's carputers and one of my coworker's husbands was Fresno PD.
....At least I don't have to commute from Lemoore to Fresno every day anymore.

But yea, all the stuff we've heard about Fresno PD lately hasn't helped their image.
