Saw dealer Sreet Race Car when in for service what to do?
I already called and talked to the service manager's assistant and he said he was going to look into it but what should i do about this. This was at Butler Toyota Scion in Indianapolis IN. My car was in getting the trans looked at.
No I got picked up and saw my car at a light and once it turned green he was off and raced a subaru. He layed wheels through first. I then followed him and he was going about 55 through a 35 speed limit office area.

hey im from indy, if that was me i'd go ballistic, i wouldnt follow, i would have just drove up n dragged his ___ out of the car n beat the livin F**K outta him, cuz im sure the dealerships are not supposed to do that...
You are already doing part of what you should... spread the word. While test driving is normal, and sometimes means getting on it to see how it runs, street racing on busy streets and drag racing in general is NOT normal. But I would push to have the incident recorded ON your service ticket, even if they just state that you "claimed" you saw him racing it.
make a complaint to the dealership and do what ever to get some justice, if all else fails try contacting scion n make a complaint about that dealership. scion will make that dealership their b*tch
sorry man but you have to grow a pair of ***** and take matters into your own hands instead of crying to some forum members lol
btw the salesman who tried to sell me a tC was telling me how they can lay patches of rubber 20 feet long?
gee great so you beat on almost every car before its broken in or sold? awsome.

I would recommend calling Scion without question. I would also personally go to the dealership and speak with the Manager. Make him VERY aware of the situation and ask him what he thinks is the best solution to this matter. That puts him on the spot in making a decision instead of putting it off. State that the two of you can come to a solution, or some kind of compensation, or possible others can help you accomplish this.
Trust me it works. And be confident, dont fall back, if you want something done go in their with huge nuts.

I remember reading something like this on a Mazda board. Except it wasnt a dealership, it was some kid valet at a parking garage taking the cars out for a joy ride. The kid was caught on the garage's security video.
