Scion customer service is excellent
They called me last week and asked a bunch of questions. I told them about the problems I had,
Some rattles
Weak air conditioner
Alignment
I contacted the service department last week and they wanted me to set up a appointment right away. Never seen such a eager service department want to do warranty work. Anyway I have not set up a appointment yet, will do it next week. Today another Scion representative calls up and asks me about the problems again. I tell them I have not gone to the dealer yet and they tell me to contact them if I have any further problems. That is pretty good, this is my 5th new car, each from a different manufacturer and this is the best service I have had.

That is awesome to hear, most places put off warranty work as long as possiable. Glad to hear that scion/toyota service department are eager to get it done.
Also nice to know that scion customers service gives courtsey calls.
