Hi, I lost my spare key to my scion and I am needing to get a new key replacement. I live in the Houston Area. Any suggestions??

 

go to your nearest dealer lol ...... not sure what else you would be able to do lol

 

I went to the dealer and they quoted me $400-- wondering if there was a cheaper option out there...

If you don't have your master key, I'm pretty sure you have to get one programmed by the dealer.

**EDIT**
Remember, if you go to purchase a key, it has to be a toyota/scion key with a transponder chip included if you want it to start the car.

 

You can Pm about it, my dad's a locksmith. Is it just the spare or is it a transponder key?
