Changed my pads today, first time I've done it myself on 2007 Scion tC. Now I have pretty much no braking power. Probably the 5th time I've changed pads in my life, never had this problem with other cars. Any suggestions?

 

did you pump your brakes. and did you close you fluid res.. ?

 

yes, and yes, pumped them a lot, didn't seem to change anything.

 

did you try bleeding them after?

 

Thats probably next, just seems like I shouldnt need to since I didn't open the line or anything

 

when you pushed back the caliper piston did you you have the res.. cap open or close ?
