Shift Knobs on TWM Short Shifter

Shift ***** on TWM Short Shifter
Well, I recently got a TWM short shifter and I had to unscrew my OBX shifter. When I put it back on the plastic broke off inside making it impossible to screw on. I don't like the look on the TWM shift ****. I found this Greddy weighted shift **** for $30: http://www.cardomain.com/item/GRE14510561 but I'm not sure how it would look.
Does anyone have any nice looking weighted shift ***** they can show me a picture of installed?
