Default short ppl have trouble seeing to back up in tC?

Am I the only short person (5'3") that has trouble seeing to back up in my tC?

I love my car, but I'm afraid I'll keep running in to things on the driver's rear.
I wish I could just shorten the drivers' headrest by 2-3 inches. I tried to put the rear headrest on the front, but it doesn't fit.

Anyone have any ideas?

i've heard of xA drivers having the same problem. Most remove the rear headrests for a better view. If the front headrests are the problem, I dont know what to tell you. Maybe sit on some phonebooks just kidding.

Default Suggestions

Have you tried changing the angle on your seat using that front lever thing. That helps when I'm feeling too low or too hight.

Another suggestion is getting one of those oversized rearview mirrors. Someone showed me one, Broadway I think, and you can see whats directly behind you on those pretty well. I mean you probably will still have to turn, I wouldn't recommend solely relying on it, but should help.

I'm 6'2", and the visibility out the back isn't great. It's typical for this class of car, though.

The best thing I've bought to date for my tc were (2) 2" circular stick on mirrors that affix to the side mirrors. Real panoramic view, about 1.50 from autozone.
