My car is not that Hot and is mostly Stock but hey, I do what I can and why not show my RS3 some love?! The Blizzard White Pearlescence color looks way better then Super White IMHO.
Hence my username lol.

Gotta love those TYC Tail Lights that came with the RS3!
Also got a White LED upgrade for the license plate to give it that luxury car look lol.

 

 

A little paint on that strut bar and maybe a Killerglass kit or Silicon hose kit and this engine bay would be looking complete!

Been a little while, but here's a rolling shot of mine. She's still coming along nicely, but still needs some work.

 

You guys are motivating me to rebuild my tc. As some may now it was parked outside my house on March 6, 2014, the neighbor was high or drunk and she plowed my car with her Lincoln. She reversed her car into my back end (bumper destroyed) her car actually hit the curve first and then hit my hatch so my hatch was destroyed same with the kami wing, but the bumper reinforcement, etc were intact. No airbags deployed. Insurance said totaled due to millage and cost of repair so i'm trying to get it back and finish the mods. Only reason I want it back is due to sentimental value and I have enough parts to rebuild it without costing me a lot of money if not I would had just parted ways....so guys keep it up because looking at these beauties, I want to rebuild mine better than before just with no Kami spoiler

 

Aurora - the LEDs you have on the RS1, how are they being held on there? do you have a modified bracket?

The hatch took most of the impact. Talked to a body shop already to bend back the hatch lock area so I can install my other hatch.


left tail light housing bent as well but fixable. Rear quarter panels intact. Bumper reinforcement intact. Rear lip just felt off with a minor scratches/ding

Thanks dude that means a lot right now. Your car is looking hotness by the way. Good luck with all the CF parts. Back in the day, I think Fastscions.com used to offer a lot of interior parts in CF. Some members on here even had CF head liners and B pillars and A pillars. I think PAScionTc (black and orange Tc from Philly) has most of those interior pieces as well.


I have some CF parts myself laying around


The gauge bezel, the CF door inserts, the 3 gauge pod that goes on stop of stereo, and, you know the CF trim piece for the center console? I have the same, but on crack, its for the entire dash and its in the same material as the OEM Toyota one so it matches everything. If you are truly interested let me know. I could use some cash to rebuild (mostly need paint money since some parts I have are in the wrong color).

I'm still trying to find those eyelids lol. Where did you get them or did you cut them out yourself? I can only seem to find the straight across eyelids.

I was in shocked, it happen at 2am and it was freezing out, I went to bed and all I kept saying was "this was a dream, a very bad dream" the next day, not to sound like a lil btch but I actually cried when I saw the car in the morning.


I been dealing with very severe complications of diabetes that are now affecting my kidneys (kidney issues diagnosed on December 2013) took a legal absence from work from Jan till April (to get treatment and try to turn my life around) and then this happens...I was destroyed...and the chick didn't even say sorry, and the worst part is that she lives 3 doors down from me so its like I will always see her and it will always remind me of the pain *man tears



haha dude since I bought them in 2008 or 2007 till now I have been looking for a set as well since mine (fiber glass are chipping at the corners)


I bought them from a member on here, I belief he bought them from bluebatmobile or something, but unsure.


the problem was that at one point, I belief bluebat was making his eye lids out of fiber glass, then another material and then for a while he disappeared and that's when the "bat eyelids" as I called them ended.


I don't know if anyone else in this forum has a set...

 

if anyone contacts blue bat to make another set of "bat wing eyelids" , hit me up because I will need a replacement for the set I have....

Dude thats a narly hit. How that happened? Thats sad n crazy. Glad u walked away from that one.

I decided to keep the car. The salvage value was only 900. So I bought it back n in the process of rebuilding.

If I didnt have so many spare parts to include 2 sets of headlights or a new hatch I would had just walked away from it.

So by the summer I should be back on the road.




Yes those are side vent covers. Got them on here from another member. Never installed because you have to drill a small hole in bumper to install these.
