Why pay for new ones? Just bring it in to the dealer and they'll replace it for free.

If they're SCION(tm) floormats I'm pretty sure they'll never know! Just bring it to a different dealer.
On a side note...I got gum in my floor mats =(. Any ideas how to get rid of it???

Use ice. Freeze the ***, i mean gum, and it'll come out.

Scion is not gonna keep replacing the mats....we should start a petition as TC owners to have Scion replace all our mats with better quality ones.

Does that work for the other too? J/K

BTW, I never wanted to pay for my floor mats! I wouldn't even complain and have them replaced if they didn't cost me over $100!!! You'd think they would be "high quality"...

Peanut butter rocks!!!
it works on
Over Spray (painting wise)
Tar from new roads
Gum on clothes/carpets/hair

I heard the dealership will only replace them if they were an option on the car when you purchased it... but would NOT replace it if you bought them after the fact. I purchased mine from the dealership after I purchased the car... and its only like 2 months old maybe, less than 2000miles on em and the drivers side is starting to show wear.

The dealers have replaced the mats in the xBs or xAs (or maybe both) in the past because they were wearing out too quickly. I see no reason why they wouldn't do the same for the tC. Honestly, I'd be happy if they just replaced the carpeted part in the driver's mat, since that's the only place I have wear. I plan on making an appointment tomorrow to have a number of things on my car fixed (roof rattle, loose shifter, other odds-n-ends) and I'll have them address the mats as well.

It would be nice if the mats in the future all had the heel insert like the RS 1.0 mats do.

I've had the carpet inserts out since the beginning of winter or so. I didn't want to have to clean salt and sand out of the carpets. They actually look good, like nice all-weather mats. Next time I vacuum and clean my insterior I'll probably put the carpet inserts back in.

I've found the best way to get gum out is more gum. Or you could chew it out?

Anyway - ggbailey are top notch. You get what you pay for.
