it depends on so many variables...

but do you have AZ plates or CA plates? (AZ plates will help... a little.)

where in cali? and most likely no. its not as bad here as everyone says it is, unless you have a light out, they pull people over left and right for that.

If you're seriously worried about tickets, consider a rental maybe.

since u have AZ plates, and as long as its legal in AZ, then just inform the officer that u are visiting for the weekend only and that those modifications are legal in your state...you might wanna also get a printout that shows this from your states website...az.gov maybe?

I have been down to SF bay area, and San D and was fine with plates from WA. It is nothing they don't already see, and in most cases they don't want to sit and run a plate form another state cuz it takes for ever.

It all does depend if you get a cop who is having a bad day anything is possible. The fact is that if it is illegal where you are at then you can get a ticket for it. When I moved up to WA I got pulled over for loud music, and tint. I had Cali plates and the cop waited 20 minutes for them to run my license and plates but it was taking too long so he was like forget it just go. I have been back a few times with no problems.

My brother just got pulled over in Cali a week ago, and the officer had him pop the hood, luckily for him he had taken his car back to stock because he had to take his car in for smog. The cop was like I’ve never seen this before you have a nice car with a kit and rims but nothing under the hood.

as long as you're from az, who really cares. your car isnt registered there, so you don't have to play by their rules.
