So My Car Get's Stolen, And Allstate Denies The Claim...

As someone who had his 2007 tC stolen from in front of my apartment, driven to an airport and then set on fire to the point that only the frame was left intact, I can say that Allstate is being a punk about this.
My situation was very similar to yours. No broken glass, and the car was stolen while I was asleep only to be found smoldering by a park ranger 5 hours later.
I have GEICO and they replaced the cost of the vehicle that I had left (I actually had to make one final payment to Toyotal for like $115 to finish it off, but whatever).
I happened to have someone staying the night with me who could back up my story that I was asleep when my car vanished and I had a police report that I made prior to the car being found.
Was anyone with you that could prove you were at home when it was stolen? That might go a long way in their investigation.

Sequel,
I've been working in the auto insurance field for 4+ years. It sounds to me like Allstate is denying your claim in bad faith.
If I were you, I would first escalate up the chain within Allstate, starting with your claims representative's supervisor all the way up to a regional manager if necessary. Find out exactly WHY your claim is being denied.
If that does no good, as previously mentioned, contact your state Department of Insurance to request assistance from them and file a formal complaint. There is a PDF form that you can print, fill-out and mail or fax with all your information on there.

My aunt works for Allstate at the Corp HQs. Been there for least 15 years.
She KNOWS Allstate screws with people so she insures with American Family. AND doesn't recommend Allstate to anyone!
----
I would contact Allstate again in professional tone. If they screw you again...explain you will contact "BBB" (Better Business Bureau) and file a complaint.
Thank God I have American Family! They treated me with alot respect and filed my two claims without a single problem. And when I got into my "not at fault" accident; adjuster didn't even care about my mileage and aftermarket parts. So he didn't use it for a reason to jack up my rates.
My stepmom used to work at Allstate...I'll tell her about this and see what she thinks. See if she has an "insider" solution.

The response to their rhetorical "are you in good hands?" should be - Anybody but yours.

I'm not against Allstate in any way. My aunt, stepmom, step aunt, and sister were/are in the insurance world...Just hearing my aunt and stepmom talk about Allstate during any party "get togethers." Its never good.
I did learn something interesting from my aunt-Corollas ARE on top of the list for the most expensive car to insure.
keep us updated and it had to be another scion owner why would they want the back bumper but not the front or sides =/ man file a compliment and see if you can talk to a lawyer and make the lawyer write out something and then take it to all state maybe sacre them and actually do something with you and file a claim
IMO they just want to see if you take this lying down. I bet they do this to everyone who files a claim. In terms of the bottom line it makes sense, since even if 1 out of 100 people don't fight back, out of thousands of claims that could be millions of dollars saved. Contact your state insurance commissioner. Here in Cali I had a problem with an insurance company paying up my claim. I contacted the insurance commissioner and low and behold the next day I finally got a call from the agent, who never answered his phone, saying my check was on it's way.
When I was a Progressive rep they were going to make me the local theft rep. I declined but still picked up a lot of stuff from the guy who took the position.
We're not hearing the whole story. There has to be some sort of inconsistency in the story you told them.
Were you upside down? Have you recently lost your job? How long did you wait to call the police after you noticed it was gone? Did the car show up someplace that didn't make any sense? Did you give them any problems meeting up for the in-person? Did the police suspect you were involved?
Of course I am not saying you WERE involved, I'm just concerned that you may have given them mixed messages. Right now, in this economy, you really are guilty until proven innocent when it comes to car theft.
If you feel like the adjuster did something wrong, you MUST contact you state insurance commission.

If they can prove it,you should move away quickly.

IMO Excellent, advice here, and through an I-net search you should be fine. Sueing should be your last option.
When my Civic was stolen in '07, the car was driven away- with a set keys(not mine), no broken locks or windows. AAA was very willing to cover more than the value of my car, and it was later recovered.
Allstate- They meant to say, you're on your own, You're in God's hands.

The car showed up in some foreclosed houses' backyard. Police didn't suspect anything, and their formal denial letter stated that there was no forced entry and the ignition was not defeated.
Now, they seem to be ignoring the fact that my car only came with one key in it. I just don't understand if a car thieve does a clean job, no mater what he's going to get away with it, and leave me screwed and having to pay for it.
There are 2 pics I took of the outside, that are on my MySpace page under the album Sequel, (I believe). While you're there add me too. The interior was totally gutted and made me wanna cry.

I have also had some bad experiences with Insurance Companies, and like everyone else has said, FIGHT IT. My parked car got hit by an underage drunk driver, who hit and ran. The driver was under the influence of drugs and alcohol. My car was new, and his insurance kept attempting to put manufactured parts on my car (bumper, fender, etc...). So I fought them. Ya, it took freaking 100 phone calls and 2 months, but bendy808 is right, its not a little bit of money! I wish you the best.
I am sorry to hear that, when My car got jacked (just things stolen from it not actually the whole car stolen) allstate paid me for all my aftermarket parts 100%. I don't know if I got lucky or not but they have been great to me ever since. I am sorry your having all this trouble. You should contact the state supervisor or something of all state. Geico on the other hand has given so many issues with my gf its not even funny.
