Default So this is wre I am at...

There is a lot more to the story but I'm just going to sum it up. As some of you know I have a 09 csm 5sp that I did a few basic bolt ons as seen in my picture thread. "Josh's picture thread" I kept the car clean as it was on day one. The car was great. I loved it.

On Monday of this week I traded it in on a 2011 Honda crz ex with navigation. (the top of the line model) 6spd. I could go into more detail but put shortly, I never liked Honda at all for anything. This car was something different that I've considered on occasion but never wanted to pursue it. I ended up making the deal and here I am Friday night bumming because I miss my scion. I was really attached with that car and planned on keepin it forever. Don't get me wrong the crz is an awesome car if you can look past the hybrid. It has a lot of features and is very fun to drive. But it's not my tc. I know its too late to go back now. So I need help trough it.

I've had my eye on the frs launch for awhile but i don't think it strikes me as much as the tc. So I cant go back only forward. I can either keep the crz or try to get a 2011 tc and maybe break even.

I need input guys.

eh, hang out with the crz for a little. they arent bad...look hot if you can stance it right. plus i used to sell cars and seeing people come out of a new car that was just bought always ends in the customer being frustrated for the wasted money. enjoy bomb mpg's

I say keep it for a little while and make the best of it so you won't take a hit when you try and trade it in.

Ill trade my tC to you for your CRZ. Its supercharged, and has less than 24,000 miles. Full TRD full suspension, TRD exhaust, always dealer maintained. TRD rims, limited slip diff. ect ect. I believe it has 6 years left on warranty also. Your in PA, and so am I. Hit me up. I am in Harrisburg. My car runs like a freaking champ. I have 4 vehicles (3 honda's) and I was going to trade it in on the FRS anyways (well, sell it, then buy the FRS).

I have every single OEM factory option and lots of major upgrades. I have the RS3 tyc tails, stoptech big brake kit, RS1 grill, OEM full GFX kit, trd short shifter, trd supercharger, TRD limited slip diff, TRD clutch , forge 007 BPV, 18 " TRD rims.. If you pm me your email address I can send pics. Its the 2007 Naut. Met. Blue (best color made). I have a custom fiberglassed setup - pioneer avic d3 in dash dvd-gps, two JBL power GTO amps powering 4 JBL GTO components with 2 subs, that still lets you use your hatch for storage.. All in all, I am sure I have an easy 15k in upgraded parts.... easy 15k. You wont find a lower mileage, better kept, heavily upgraded with factory parts - scion tc out there for sale My car was/is dealer maintained, and like I said - I just purchased the OEM toyota warranty for an additional 7 years about 6 months ago. My mileage is right around 24,000 or so.

keep the car. fix it up. you'll end up loving it. every car trade has it pros and cons. you'll be taking a big big loss if you do another trade. that car is sick. plus you get the excellent MPG and 6 speed and nice nimble feel.

I'm nervous I think it might be growing on me. It has a lot to offer. voice controls, auto idle stop, refrigerated glove box, touchscreen navi, stability control. yet everytime it starts to grow on me I look at the H symbol and ugh...

I think I would have jumped on a tC by now but the 2nd gen interior is.. expense spared. extremely.

That feeling always happens. We HAd to trade my z24 cuz the so-called "man of the house blew it up. Replaced the bearings but the crank was damaged. Traded it in on my tC and as we were driving away from the lot in it, i actually started tearing up cuz i had gotten so attached to the z. But i guess thats what happens when you put money, work, and time into making something your own. Keep the crz for a little bit. Do a couple mods to it and see if you start to like it. If not, then find you another scion.

thx guys. The crz is a lot like the first gen tc in terms of value. You get a lot for the money. Both of these cars are unique in that way where there really inst much on the market like it.
