Somthing wrong on start up? please help
soo i get into my car put the key in and i would say every 1 outta 10 times it is such a dellayed start. The best way i can explain it is as if u were not turning the key far enough and it like putters and putters and then finally turns over. Now the car never has failed to start and it doesnt make a difference whether it is hot or cold outside. Any idea of what this might be...? Its not my battery..
yeah sometimes it goes a few extra cranks but like thats not it....it like half starts up...then doesnt and is almost fully started and turns off and then while still holding the key in the same spot...will start up again
Normal.
Has to do with the returnless fuel system, as well as temperature changes. If it changes >20* in a few hours, such as after a cold front, it'll be a little rougher than the usual.
If you're running a CEL or it fails to turn over, then get back to us.
