Default Which spark plug is WHICH CYLINDER?

I need to replace spark plug in cylinder 2 ONLY.... it's misfiring and MIGHT be the plug...

How can I tell WHICH cylinder is 2 when looking in the hood?

(1, 2, 3, 4)??? Seems to obvious...

ANYONE?

cylinder 1 is typically in the front ( I.E. where the pulleys are ) . On the TC would be the 1st one on the passenger side. I hope that this helps.

Im not sure what the front means? When I look inside the spark plugs are simply:

o - o - o - o

In a row like that... I'm trying to see which one in that row goes to cylinder 2...?

just a bit of advice.

change them all. spark plugs are cheap.
this way you keep all the same brand, heat range and gaps the same. if you just change one, it might cause issues in the future.

it will take you an extra 10 mins to do 4 of them if you have to do 1.

I'm curious, are the cylinders named in order of left to right or in firing order?

cylinders are numbered in order of thier location. (front to back)

in a V or H motor...the numbers will alternate sides going front to back. (that make all the odd numbers on one side, evens the other)
