Speical Edtion tC Rumor or for real

i went to a car show in Jacksonville FL and saw this guy who had a tC with leather and this headrest with like springs on it and on the bages for the car it said speical edtion tC 15 of 500 anybody else hear of this.

we have one here in atlanta, its the one i test drove. its ok but the 'tc special edition' in the headrest looks like crap and the badges are cheap looking, imo you are paying more for just those 2 things. the other things on it can be installed at the dealer without the special edition
