Default Squeaks coming from the driver's seat???

I have about 4500 miles on my car now, but since around 4000 miles, I've been getting ANNOYING squeaks from my chair whenever i shift around or go over any bumpy surface. It's gotten to the point where its so annoying that its the only thing I hear now considering I have to go over 6 speed bumps everytime I make a trip out to or into my apartment.

Anyone else have this problem? or have any suggestions on how I can take a look inside the seat to see if there are any loose parts or parts that need lubrication??

Thanks

My chair squeaked after the first 1000 miles. I took it back to the dealer, but all they did was re-lubed the tracks, which seemed to quiet the squeak for about a week. The squeak has since returned as if it had never left. Would appreciate a true fix!

I just noticed this yesterday. My squeak appears to be comming from the seatbelt. anchor bolt. It only squeaks when I'm goin over really bad bumps.
