still haven't recieved my jada tc...
i've called scion about 6 times now and at one point i was on the phone with the jada tc manfactuer. i've been calling 1-800-843-1502
they said they were going to forward my information to scion corporate. this was a month ago and i haven't heard anything.
now, they are just sending me to some guys voicemail box

Not the letter that it needs to be done... that has nothing to do with the toy. After you have the work performed they send a letter of apology (usually accompanied by the toy) just explaining and thanking you.
Many people go the letter afterwards but no toy. Sounds like you got neither.

They should technically come together. And like you said, there were a bunch that got the letter and no toy. That was Scion's mistake. Someone from Corporate actually has a registered screename here (only like 5 posts) and had some thread about it a while back.
***UPDATE - well, not much of one. i called the dealership, they claim they sent all the inof that my campaign was performed and that they can't do anything else
then i called scion support, they gave me a jada tC manufacturer's phone number again, but with some extensions this time to try out.
i called the number, i got the same lady i always do, told her my story, she remembered me and had all my info already. she said that it has to go through the marketing department before they get shipped out. she would send it through again and they would call me with updated info. if they didn't call, this lady would call me instead.
so, all this just to get a free model...am i the only one?
