that sucks, did you leave the key in the car? how did they steal it with the engine immbilizer? i know it isn't impossible to do, but still would be a pain in the butt to do.

oh well, i wish you luck, i really want to see how well lojack works since i have it in my tc also.

relax, you got lojack, they do have to wait im sure a certain period of time, but that **** works. You have the best chance of getting your car back because you have that. I may get it myself, what was it, like $495 installed?

Keep us updated, because if your lojack system WORKS, I am buying one. I just never read anything about firsthand experience. Please fill us in on ALL the details as you go through this (how is lojack, do they keep you informed ect ect?)

LoJack or any security is NOT worth having if u live near the Border...becuz less than 24hrs your car will be in Mexico already stripped or something...

no, lojack does not expire, it works for the life of the car. it is a small transmitter that is powered by the car battery, and also has its own back up battery if the power is cut.

Inquiring minds want to know. And please keep us updated, because if it does work, I think lots of SL members will be getting it.

Hope everything works out for you. Thats gotta be a stressful situation. Let us know the progress, because I have to admit I'm pretty interested in seeing how this all works out.

Watching to see the outcome. Did you leave the key in it or something?

Is it possible the car was towed because of being illegally parked?

My old Supra was stolen and equipped with lojack. I didn't have to wait 24 hours. When I reported it, the car was found in less than 3 hours at a fast food restaurant with the thief inside eating kfc.
