Thats not the s2000 antenna by the way... the s 2000 one is much shorter by about half and its black.. but i think you can get it in silver... Anyways.. its a simple mod that I wasnt sure about at first but I really like it now.

 

The S2000 Antenna isn't much shorter than that, if anything it's the same length or longer. I bought the S2000 one for mine and it looks great and works just as well.

I NEEDED to put that antenna on. The stock antenna can't be used with the Kaminari wing, it scrapes and can get snagged when you shut the trunk. This one works perfect though.
