I have come to the conclusion that out-of-stater's, old people, soccer moms (or women in SUV's...stereotype I know, but most come from an ounce of truth), women on cell phones, foreigners, low wealth, and teenagers are generally the worst drivers, period.

Every crash that I have again generally hear about falls in one of these brackets. Honestly I look for all these types of drivers and I purposely avoid getting anywhere near them on the road. They are a accident waiting to happen, heck even a hit-and-run waiting to happen.

Ya. One time I was driving to a town called St. Charles and on my way there and on the way back I almost got flattened by trucks that nearly merged into me.

I just went through a defensive driver's course. The instructor was a retired cop, and a pretty good teacher. He made some very valid points... the first one being everybody(drivers) is an idiot! We've all done stupid things behind the wheel, and if you don't think so you will eventually. Knowing that, you really have to look out for the other guy! Don't trust the green light, condition of the cars around us or the skill of the other drivers.. remember they're "idiots"!

I drive a much longer commute than a few months ago. Not to mention in traffic I never had to deal with before. Its hard, but trying not to through things at other drivers is a challenge. Road rage is a real thing! I've watched those Fat soccer moms do some pretty stupid things reguardless of their kids in the SUV! Haven't seen the guns, though (yet)!

So give them room - those trucks can't stop and start like a car ya know and they are WORKING so give them a break and get outta their way! Dumbest thing I see on the highway is a bunch of cars boxing in a fuel tanker truck.
