I have been trying to find something to hold one sub woofer on each side of my trunk. I want it to take up little to no space and fit on the side of the trunk tightly up against the wall of the side, if that makes sense. I have looked many places and cant find anythign like that. any ideas?

 

Looks like you need a custom fab job dude. No one really makes anything like that afik.

 

look up on ebay, i know theres a company on there that makes to fit in either side kick panel in the trunk along with space for a small amp next to the woofer.....

 

i saw go with the eD stealth box.

 

I have looked on ebay, I found one site that make them custom for tC but it took up the entire trunk space.

Did you already look at the BassForms website (link)? They have what you're describing, one for each side. If you like the locations but think they take up too much space, then I'd say your out of luck, because they only have .57' of airspace, such that anything smaller wouldn't be adequate for most 10" subs. If you want to take up less trunk space, yet still want a sub on each side, you might consider going with 8" subs.

very nice, that may be the path I go then. It will be cheaper than me making the box look eye appealing for most of the boxes I have seen.

 

If you want the JL stealthbox because doesn't take up space, it's a bit misleading. While it does fit in the spare, it also raises the hatch floor higher than stock, which is not what most people want. In comparison, the eD stealth is a much better solution, as it doesn't raise the hatch floor and it's MUCH less expensive.

 

ooo didn't know about the raising, good info, will look into these.

 

only raises the floor about 2 to 2 and a half inches though... Not that noticeable...
