Even if they dont make the tC by the time you get a car, there's a pretty decent chance you could get one that will be much nicer than your bro's in four years. Even if you cant get a new car, there will probably be some used tCs on the market you can get, polish up, and then offer your brother a ride to work after the firefighters extinguish the funeral pyre that was his car

 

Calm down. His thoughts of a "car" isn't as high as you think of a car. If you drive down the road today, you WILL see, beat up BMWs, Lexus, Hondas, and Toyotas; are you going to go ape S*** on them? People have different views on how much they think a car is worth.

Some will think it's a mode of transportation, but others, (i.e. people on scionlife) think it's life (including me).

In short, if you have talked to your brother about this and told your parents (if it is so unbearable), leave it be. Your parents will buy you a car if they did for your bro. Settle down and go wash your parent's cars.

 

i dunno. his mood changes a lot when it comes to his car. either he'll love it and baby it until its so shiny its clearer than a mirror.

or he'll do what he's doing now. complete neglect.

 

All I gotta say is that this is exactly what happens when mommy and daddy pay for your ****.

When you buy something with your hard earned money, you take better care of it. Plain and simple.

He doesn't appreciate the car, because it was handed to him and he didn't have to work at all for it and therefore he doesn't give a f**k about it.
