this sucks
nah, there are people out there who do admit fault. i've had claims where a customer was in DC following her GPS looking for her turn and ran a redlight, she admitted it.
i had another customer who hit a car at retirement home, so he went up to the reception desk, and had them announce over the PA that he hit their car and wanted to give them his insurance information.
there are good honest people out there who make mistakes. not a majority mind you, but they're out there.

It's weird that you said that about the slow motion, back when I had my 98 maxima some dude ran the red light while I was proceeding to pull out from green and I t-boned him. Seen it all in slow motion.
Glad you're ok though bro.

5k for just that little bit of dammage??? I could fix that my self, get a paint job, and still have money left over to blow hahah, but then again labor always cost the most.
I shed a tear for your car. Haha
Glad to hear you're okay after that. This is more reason to why I think we should have to completely retake our driving test every few years and make it a little more comprehensive. Oh! Throw in an IQ test to boot.
