So I noticed that the sun roof is not perfectly alligned with the rear sunroof and it is making a whisting noise does anyone know how to allign it and bring it lower?

If that didn't work, you should take it to the dealer first. I wouldn't go playing with any sunroof screws.

Why? It should be under warranty... so unless you did something to cause it and they can tell, it should be no charge.

^^^yeah what he said......out of warranty is like 2 or most 3 hundred. I took it to the dealer the first time. It came back and then I did the sunroof reset and never heard it again. I don't know how far you open your sunroof but after I fixed mine I only let it open till it stopped. I used to let it stop and then press it again to make it slide back all the way. I also used to have it like this on the highway and I noticed the sunroof moves a lot. Just a thought.

oh your out of warranty unless you have extended warranty.
