So, today I tried to open my sunroof and it didn't open. the left half of it popped up, but the right side didn't. it stayed stuck. so i closed it... came home, tried to open it again and now it doesn't open at all. when i try to open it, the motor on the sunroof makes a grinding noise. what's wrong, how can i fix it? is it covered under warranty?

 

Drop whatever you are doing and drive over to a toyota service station IMMEDIATELY!

Of course its covered under warranty. And if they give you a hard time, start threatening legal action.

 

yes it's DEFINITELY COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!!! get to a toyota dealer as soon as you can.. sorry to hear that happened that sucks..

that sucks cheryl hope you get it fixed and definitely should be covered by warranty.. go to KPS and htey should get it fixed sounds like it came off track or something.. but they should fix it.. hope goes well
