tell hiem to contact a different dealer and say its about the sunroof. make it more specific. if he doesnt know what you are talking about. tat usually means he's to lazy to go look for the answer. go to the boss. if that doesnt happen. then...

you're on your own. i usually be a big a-hole to the guys at the dealer if i believe they have to fix something that they can and should.

step 1: drive car
step 2: listen for noise from sunroof
if yes, go to step 3, if not go to step 4
step 3: go back and tell about noise in sunroof
step 4: enjoy car

not every car is noisy. mine's quiet (knocking on wood) in both the sunroof and rear hatch. don't make the dealer/service dept. go chasing a noise that may not exist...

Just had the TSB done. The guy said that the TSB really didn't fix it as once he did, the moonroof still rattled. He found where the glass sits on the rubber gasket (in the front) to be the problem. I drove around with him for about 15 miles and he is quiet as a mouse. Hopefully it will stay like that. Still not sure how glass on the rubber gasket would make a rattle!
