Do you normally drive with your front and back sun shades open or closed?


I normally drive with my front one open and back one closed.

 

I either have both open or both closed, and that depends on the weather. I've had them both open throughout the winter, but I tend to close them both when it gets over 100 degrees. In the summer, I always close them at night so I don't step into an oven the next day.

oh nevermind i get it.. i drive with both open at night and both closed when its sunny in the mornin..

 

I haven't had mine long enough to have it in the heat yet. I imagine when I do, I will close it, probably only when not in it though. I'm kinda tall so leaving it open is the best way to avoid brushing the top with my hair. I don't usually open the back one though.

Why would rain or cold make you close them?

Mine are closed pretty much all of the time and I think I've opened the moonroof maybe once since I've had the tC...

Only open when sunny and warm. Maybe it's just me but it seems like when its cold outside and they are open it takes a LOT longer for the car to heat up inside. So 70% closed.

 

Mine have never been closed, except for when someone new gets in the car and is fascinated by the view...If it's warm outside, 75+, I've got the sunroof open fully.

Oh yea, I can't have them closed. I'm not claustrophobic, but if a car has a sunroof and if the shade is closed, I feel closed in. Yet I feel fine in a car that doesn't have a sunroof.

 

95% of the time, I have both closed.

 

closed for winter season, usually night driving. open when its warm day and night

 

I usually leave my front one open to make as much light come through as possible since I don't want another tint ticket
