near the end of feb last year i got into a car accident on my way to a ca show.

today, i just got into anoter car accident, on the way to acar show.

i was going in the left lane, driver was in the right lane, the road curves left. he drifts, then drives straight into my passenger quarter panel and he hits teh center divider and stops parallel to it. while i spin out clockwise and now face teh center divider (perpendicular to the divider).

turn my head looking for the curb. 3... 2... 1... HIT! jump, sliding backwards down a ditch, rolled and landed on a fence.

my car is gone pretty much. by far the worse damage in the club i believe. damage from head to toe...

both fender, all fender flares, rear window, front bumper, rear bumper, right CV axle broke off, muffler

dont worry, the guy was nice and asked how i was and otehr stuff... i jus hope my car gets covered becuase i got one way insurance and that guy kinda flip flopped between
stories of hitting me then not hitting me etc
im good thx for asking. neck pain!!!!
im so sad i lost my car. my car is almost my life line










update..
the other guy lied and said that i cut him off and i hit him.

police reports says that there is lack of evidence so he cant pin anyone at fault

i just lost my car, $$ and future car.
gettin to work is now harder, and saving up $$ even harder. life is rough.

damn that sucks man....the worst part is...carbon fiber hood and trunk are destroyed non less the car.... man i hope u get back in the game soon...best of luck for you

used turbo car or new TC. depending on how the dispute goes.

the worst is that i was actually driving under the speed limit. some guy who was speeding lost control through the left turn bank and hit me

 

If he was passing you, why were you in the inside lane? In fact, if you were going under the speed limit, why were you in the inside (left) lane?

I hope everything works out. What you described of the other driver sounds like he will try to pin the blame on you. Watch out.

it was raining and it was wet so going under the limit is normal. speed limit was 50 i was going 45. he was probly going 60 or something. i saw him way back gettin on the road but then he disappeared for a while... now i know why
