the car was paid in full when i bought it

but my insurnace
full coverage = 5000 a year
liability maxed out = 1500 a year

aint taht a b!tcH no way i coud of afford it.

and your right. one of the cops taht came by harassed me saying
"thats wat you get for street racing"
i ____ing blew up in his face and told him to STFU because i wasnt street racing. i was actually the one who was driving like a grandma and the other guy was speeding in the rain.

sigh

i hope a miracle comes

belive me, i know. my insurance got hard when they found out i got a new car, and belive me, their packin a good 12 inches, and let me tell you, they didnt even warm up to me or nothin, no lube, just shoved it in as far as it would go! but preverted metaphors aside, that sucks nevertheless. even if i could do liability only, i just ask myself what will i be thinking when something like this happens, that i wish i could go back and get full coverage. so i just sucked it up, and wait till im 23. best of wishes to you bud.

wow, those pics made me sick to my stomach...

i was in 5 accidents in 1 year and totaled 2 cars... none of them my fault. seriously. some people think every accident is avoidable, but none of these were. i won't get into specifics, but i know what it feels like to be in a scary situation, and i'm glad you're ok. i'm happy to say that i have been accident-free for over 4 years (knock on wood). AND i've learned the value of GOOD insurance. getting in an accident with an uninsured driver SUCKS. i raised my coverage to a much higher injury limit, uninsured motorist, $0 deductible for non-collision, etc.

no, i'm not paranoid, just unlucky... so i figured i'd cover my bases.

good luck getting back on your feet. it will all work out in the end. karma IS a biotch...

ok now i have no choice but to take this liar to court.

evidence i have?

my friend in a previous accident was cut off and was hit on the LEFT FRONT of his car. his car and the car that cut him off BOTH went RIGHT.

in my case, we are both going through a left turn, centripital force making al lthe weight shift to the RIGHT side of the car. now if my car were to hit the otehr car (mike), that must mean both cars would have gone right because its wet, losing traction is done easily, 2nd centripital force, 3rd i have better grip tires, 4th in relation to my previous exmaple (above). but this did not happen, mike actually ended up to the left and i ended up to the right meaning there must have been enough force going left from mike to hit me and for mike to continue going left because he also claims to have hit the guard rail in teh middle couple of times. thus spinning me out and pointing my car in the RIGHT direction where i crashed.

now tat is my arguement, imma talk to my lawyer tomrorow and see if this is valid, of course, it will be better executed.

but i want to know wat is everyone's input and if anyone can raise a counter arguement for me or somethign

help me out.

I relieve believe in what goes around comes around. Eventually it will come back at him 5 times as hard. You are a 20 year old kid, starting your life and getting on your feet and this guy screws things up and lies. Karma baby....Karma

I am not much older or wiser, lol and I cant even imagine how I would react in this situation. Maybe accelerate the going around and coming around and put a pipe to his knees.

i think your in a good postion to win your case, i think this guy is expecting that since your young you wont know your rights and you'll just go away.
your doing the right thing, let your lawyer do the work.....he will (if he is a good lawyer) have a traffic accident reconstrution expert make up a lay out of the accident, usually its an ex cop, alot of these diagrams are undesputiable in court, and once you take him to court unless he delibratly wants to lie to the judge, then he will have to tell the truth, you have witnesses right?
If i lived in SoCal i could better help you do the reconstruction, i did that for an attorney for 3 years so i have a good grasp how that works......
good luck

usually they go out to the site where it happend, take a bunch of measurements and based off speed etc. they can usually tell you who is at fault and what happened.

so they are playing dumb huh......typical, its basically saying they did it, but wont admit to it until under oath, or forced to.

That's BS. You lost your claim? I'm so sorry. I think that they discriminated against you. It makes me paranoid about doing mods.
