Right. Forgot about that one. I think the new Lotus is as well, but the tC isn't. And those two cars being fiberglass does not make them unsafe.

I've been thinking this over all day. I still can't figure out if you're cool as hell for not kicking his ___ or if you might be missing an arm or something.

I'm sure he'd have been rick James to my charley murphy if it was me in your situation. However, it's all past now and you're not beat-up/in jail or worse. Good work.

I used to hang with people like that, complete asses. At some point you see them as pathetic and week humans, even though they are typically built bullies.

Just FYI, if he did something that damaged your car in access of $200 it's a felony (in NY). If he even bent something, I think you have Criminal Mischief 3. Not that I've been booked on that or anything

That's very interesting. But do you think he would have a problem proving that point since he actually gave the other guy his keys? I mean, he couln't know the other guy would do that, but he did give him his keys.

It's time to find a new friend pal.
Not only is he rude as hell, but ignorant to boot.

Body panels have nothing to do with safety--it's all about what's underneath. For instance, Saturns have polymer panels which bend under pressure rather than dent. But under enough pressure they crack into pieces. However underneath those panels, there is galvanized and tubular steel and Saturns have great crash-test ratings.
It's the same with Scions, only the panels aren't made of polymer.

Just tell him the tC is made the same as the Camry, and then punch him in the face

Your "friend" sounds like a complete _______. I'd probably beat his face in if I had to tolerate him for more than 90 seconds.

Or cut his brake lines
Hahaha. . . nice to see the amateur villains of the world. . . but if you do it, do it right. Cinder blocks take too much time. . . you don't want to get caught. This guy'll probably pick a fight, if not shoot you(I'm sure he'd be stupid enough to do that).

The brake lines are good, but if you somehow get named as suspect, you'll probably be caught, and you can go down for attempted murder for doing that.

Stick to nice, safe, vandalism. . . quick and easy. Paint thinner baby! And hit as many different panels as you can. No noise, fast, and very ugly. . . better than keying. Anything too complicated is just asking to get caught. Make sure you buy the paint thinner with cash. . . just in case he knows it's you and rats you out.

Of course this is all just a joke and I'm not really serious

Correct. The idea is to seal it off. A banana would only work in a tiny tailpipe, a coconut seems too hard, unless maybe it's the right size for one of them fartcan exhausts...

I can't believe people are suggesting you do something to the Eclipse when this unstable joker is already going too far. Just give him a reason to really f up your car... Doesn't sound like he'd sweat it much...

Incorrect. It is a myth. The exhuast pressure will force it out like it was fired from a gun.

btw, The reasons I didnt punch his face right away after he said what he said what that I didnt want to mess up my interior ( u know how hard it is to clean a stain on the seat) and another reason is that MUCH bigger than me, so my brain did a probability rate and the chances r slim. I just simply forced him out by grabbing his shoulder.

Karma, Karma, Karma

It's true that what goes around, comes around

But really, you should show him some compassion now that his car is broken, offer him rides around town, and ask him if he needs help fixing his car... Naw, f*ck it, On second thought, just laugh your a** off at him the next time you see him, and make sure you mess with his new car when he gets it :D

Ideally you are compassionate. . . but me, well, I'm far from comapssionate or mature. . . what he did was far beyond ridicule. And good move on not fighting; never fight a fight/battle you can't win. Life's not fair. . . learn to cheat.

The smart thing to do, would be to make friends with him, because you never know; some of my best friends, I've nearly killed(before befriending them). But judging from his character, I think he'd be more likely to F* up your car just to spite you. I would just point and laugh.

Next time you see him, go into your car and start pulling your ebrake up and down and say, "at least I have an ebrake to pull, ya mitsu-_____"

So his car is so much better than yours and it breaks down within a day of him messing with your car?? haha. Nice.

Karma's a _____, ain't it!
