ok.. i think i might straighten it. The reason the back wheel has no radial blur is bc originally the back half was drawn, and i just never got around to fixing that part yet. Oh and now i see what you guys are saying about the wheel. Ill have to fix the back one too, bc thats not masked between the rims either. I put it at an angle bc angles are more dynamic, but your right it looks more like its plumiting to its death... ha ok so after the class critiques today, ill fix it up and get the final and ill post that up. But if anyone knows what font scion uses or a font that is really close let me know. I have been looking and havnt seen anything yet.

I know that this may be a long shot but i was looking at some fonts really quick an thats a tough one. It could be a hand drawn one... something that is unique to that car. But than again their are thousands of fonts... non the less try this one Buchcondensedbg light!! I think with some tweeking it might work for the scion name.

forgive me for being forward in the area of advertising design, but what are you selling beside your ability to design a billboard? are you attempting to sell a scion? if that is the case, what "barrier" are you suggesting will be broken by buying a scion? you have overextended the vehicle in the ad, but how does it break a barrier beside the edge of the billboard?

it appears to the layperson that you are you merely saying that your driverless car is different because it is longer....or you didn't plan properly to fit the vehicle in your ad space, because obviously no one drove it over the edge of the billboard. apparently, the difficulty in planning your ad space is the barrier you intended to break.

kidding aside, having the tC nose extend beyond the billboard is a niche thought, but how did it get there and why? advertising 101 says "have someone doing it (using it)", so in my humble opinion, have a driver driving the tC beyond the barrier. the car can't be empty.

further, the barrier that you are "breaking" also has to be defined in some way. you cannot leave the barrier to which you are inferring to the imagination of the reader.

[/constructive criticism]

Ok i think this pretty much my final thing here.
for surfcity... Most car ads i have seen dont have drivers in them, unless its a comerical and the car is actually moving. Since this billboard is showing movement, it might be a good idea for someone to be in there, but i dont feel like photoshoping someone in there, or taking a new pic.

originally it was going to breaking the sound barrier, and i was trying to replicate those pics of jets breaking the sound barrier. I liked the word barrier and had it saying breaking the barrier in inovation. Then decided to just have breaking the barrier. The barrier that it is breaking is that it is a great car for its price range. Everything comes standard, it looks cool, and its pretty quick for under 20k. I dont need to go into all the details of y this car is cool, since you all have one. But thats pretty much the barrier its breaking. Maybe cheesy, i dunn. but i think it sounds cool. Let me know what you guys think.

I agree with not putting anyone in the car. But this is much of an improvment from the first one!! Has your class looked at this one yet??
