Some damn *eryhtrhrg*hg*er*t*reg drove into my tC while it was parked outside of a movie theater. I get out of the theater, front is scratched up, and no car around.

Why do people do crap like that? Needless to say it's either repainting the front bumper or springing for a new Kaminari kit. Anyone interested on stock front IIP lip or OEM foglights? If i switch the bumpers I'll sell those. The car has 8k miles on it so there's minimal wear on the parts.

I dunno just venting... On a positive note, my Stewart Warner Boost/Vac gauges came in today.

i feel you man, I got a nice size dent on my driver side due to dumbass ppl parking to damn close! If i was you, I'd get the kaminari kit. If i didn't have oem, i'd get that kit too, minus the spoiler. It'll look great w/ your style man.

People'll mess up your um........stuff if it's new, whatever, lol. Had my BCP tC since June and had a nice dent above the driver's side wheel well and scratch on the driver's door since they jealous, plain and simple!

 

They're just jealous for some stupid some reason, believe me!

 

Man that sucks! I had a run away shopping cart nail mine at full speed...left a dandy dent in the side.

I hit a raccoon going 70mph last Sunday and it took out a nice chunk of my bumper.

This will be the second time form that I had to replace the front bumper. One week after I bought my tC my wife drove it into the backend of F150.

This time I ordered the Keaon bumper from tCtunerz.com. I'll be ____ed if this bumper gets wrecked.

Sorry to hear that dude. It has happened to me before, but I was lucky since it was my 4Runner's rear bumper which was metal. The corner of it was pushed in within half an inch of the paint. And of course, no one was around and no note on the windshield. So I ended up getting a new bumper, but I did delight in knowing that the person who hit me damaged their paint job since blue paint was all over my bumper.

And I'll be ashamed to admit I've hit someone while parking and did not leave a note. But! I was justified in not leaving a note because for the only time in my 8 years of driving, I was lucky enough to graze a truck older than God. My bumper barely hit the truck and my cousin and I got out to look and literally, the entire exterior of the truck looked like it had gone through hell. Since my bumper was finished black plastic and had no paint on it, we could NOT find where I hit him.

... Talk about a close call.

 

i had an old lady back into my frony bumper! U can barely tell unless u get up close... there is a small wrinkle in the bumper by the lisence plate bracket though!
