Anyhow, at work I hang out with some guys that all drive subi's, and one asked today if it was possible to take the parts from a gt4 and switch them out with a tC's to make it an all wheel drive car? I told him I had no idea nor have I heard anyone on ScionLife even bring it up. So I thought I'd ask if this would be a possibility or if it could never happen.
If it was possible, I'm sure that someone would have done it by now.

So what about cars originally sold in the US. At 25 years can I call it a classic and stop getting emmisions tested?

I believe so, at 25 years you can also go to the DMV and apply for Antique plates. Also if you buy a kit car that is based off a car that is also over 25 year ie a shelby cobra, even though the car you build is brand new- you never have to pass emissions-

IF anyone picks up an LA Auto Guide issue i've seen a dealer selling cars imported from Japan. He's mostly selling Silvia's last issue i saw. Maybe he might have a GT4.
